Request and obtain certificates of your registration and academic qualifications now.
What are they
The service allows you to obtain immediate and completely independent confirmation of the information on your academic record in the ANIS database.
You can request two types of attestation:
- proof of enrolment at any higher education institution;
- proof of higher education qualifications obtained.
As proof of validity, the certificate issued states:

the logo of the Ministry of Universities and Research and the words 'National Register of Higher Education';

the qualified electronic seal of the Ministry of Universities and Research;

the mark (QR code) that replaces the handwritten signature of the public official for all legal purposes (pursuant to Article 23(2-bis) of the CAD);

the reference to the institution of higher education that reported the figure for the last update.
When needed
The certificates issued through the ANIS portal can be used in dealings with private parties. They allow those receiving them to check the correspondence of the data you declared, through successful reading of the QR code on the certificate.
How to request them
Access the reserved area of the ANIS portal with an Italian digital identity of your choice between SPID and CIE or, when available, with eIDAS login for European citizens. The Your Desk page summarises information on your higher education background, organised by enrolment and academic qualifications. By selecting the enrolment or degree you are interested in, you can request the relevant certificate. After checking that the data in the preview is correct, you can download it in .pdf format or send it to the email address saved in your personal profile. The certificate will be valid from the date of issue until any change in the data certified in ANIS.
